This is a vintage Freiwillige Feuerwehr (volunteer fire brigade) uniform jacket from Bernsbach, Germany, dating likely to the Cold War era. Made by VEB Dienstbekleidung Leipzig in the former East Germany (DDR), the navy-blue jacket features silver-tone buttons, pink collar tabs with axe insignia, and silver-accented shoulder boards with rank insignia. A shoulder patch reads "Freiwillige Feuerwehr Bernsbach." Ribbon bars are also included.

An incredible collectible for history enthusiasts, militaria collectors, or theatrical costuming. Appears to be size Medium based on flat measurements: approx. 16" shoulders, 20" chest (pit to pit), 27" length.
