Rare original Puppeteers of America 38th National Festival poster.
This was a promotional poster for the event that was held at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo on August 14-19, 1977. The festival has been taking place since the 1930s, bringing together puppeteers and preserving puppetry as an art form.
This poster features a bold, pop-art design with geometric puppet figures controlled by hands. Measures approx. 14" x 11" -- Comes unframed!
