The cartridge is currently dried up. To indicate it is unused, the seal has not been opened, but it cannot be cleaned before use. The ink inside cannot be used.
We can open and clean it, but shipping will be delayed by one day.

By using this cartridge, some vintage Waterman fountain pens such as Waterman C/F, D/G, etc. can be used.
These are no longer manufactured, so the C/F dedicated converters and cartridges are traded at the same or higher prices.
