Cat a Mexican Tonala sassy clay cat

A Mexican Tonala sassy clay cat. Tonala is the best area for the best clay used for figurines. It’s folk art made in the 1980s. I’m not sure but the bottom of the cat says Tonala Mexican. The letters are difficult to read. It is Beautifully designed and hand painted. This cats face is so pretty. The large blue eyes are glossy. This cat has raised dots of paint. It’s in perfect condition no cracks no breaks no scratches. This clay cat measures 9 inches tall 10 1/2 inches long from the tip of the tail to the end of the cats face. Below the tail the cat measures 10 1/2 inches in diameter. Behind the head of the cat It measures 10 1/2 inches in diameter. The base measures 6 inches long and 4 1/4 inches wide. The base paint on this piece is beige.
