This little round guy is an antique copper/brass pocket travel cup case — the kind people carried in the late 1800s and early 1900s when drinking out of random streams, trains, and bars was apparently normal behavior. The original collapsible cup is long gone (RIP), so you're getting the case only.
Hinged lid works, the patina is doing its antique thing, and the top has an old engraved monogram (looks like an "K" to me, but I'm not a professional appraiser, so please zoom the photos and decide for yourself). Interior has dents and wear, but for a 100+ year old travel accessory, that's pretty standard.
