** CONDITION NOTES (message for any questions)**
The main sign of wear is significant tearing in the binding of the inside front and back covers (see pics). The binding is mildy loose overall, but the 2 areas with significant tears in the binding make those sections of the book fragile and more loose. The rest of the book is in mildy worn condition, as the pages are most clean and clear with mild page tanning due to age. Mild shelf and handling wear on the edges of the outside cover. There is a personal note on the same inside cover page where there is a large tear on the binding/spine. See pics for more details.
